Take a closer look at this anemone. Can you see how the petals form the shape of a heart? There are literally thousands of natural opportunities for joyful observation surrounding you every day. Break free from your hectic lifestlye, if only for a minute, and take a closer look at the detailed beauty in a single flower.

Symbolism

The anemone is connected with the ancient love story between Adonis and Aphrodite. Mourning the death of Adonis, Aphrodite’s tears fell to the earth and anemones bloomed in that spot the next morning. Sometimes when we are in our deepest sorrow, the angels remind us to look for their signs.

Color therapy from the flower

Red energy brings determination, passion and power. Its rays also produce heat which vitalizes and energizes the physical body.
