You can learn how to eat a healthy diet and how to detoxify using far-infrared saunas, coffee enemas, liver cleanses and whole-body cleanses to restore the body to health.

Most of us were taught to trust our allopathic doctor and to place our health care decisions in his hands. The “expert” in the white coat was not to be questioned. We were taught to follow his advice like sheep. But now that chronic illnesses have risen to epidemic proportions, it is clear that some allopathic doctors lack substantial nutritional and environmental disease training.

For example, a diagnosis of asthma may actually be Lyme disease; yet an overworked practitioner approved by your insurance company probably stops looking when he initially  finds asthma because he is out of time. He is not rewarded for getting to the bottom of your problem. He is rewarded for the number of patients he sees in a day.

A great practitioner is also a teacher. These practitioners teach you how to minimize the toxins entering your body and how to destroy errant cells without the use of antibiotics or chemotherapy, which can be toxic.

You can learn how to eat a healthy diet and how to detoxify using far-infrared saunas, coffee enemas, liver cleanses and whole-body cleanses to restore the body to health. The learning can be fun, such as how to take a pure bath, keep a green house and nurture your skin with nontoxic products.

There are tools to evaluate the environmental toxic load in the body and to identify which dietary nutrients are missing. One well-recognized tool is the Scientific Consciousness Interface Operation (SCIO), which was formerly called the Quantum Xrroid Consciousness Interface (QXCI). It uses a noninvasive method to identify actual nutrient and chemical stresses in the body using biofeedback, electro-dermal screening and stress testing. This method also offers hair analysis and blood tests to measure undetectable inflammation.

Another tool you can use is the Beam Ray Sound and Light Generator, which is based on the work of Dr. Royal Rife. This tool has numerous test data to back up its claims. It is currently used to arrest chronic pain, among other uses.

These tools probably are not part of the standards of care practiced by the doctor your insurance company approved for you. But they are fairly standard among practitioners who are committed to reversing disease, as opposed to those who are simply managing symptoms.

The first big step many of us make in overcoming chronic disease is when we discover we should not give away control of our health to someone else, even if that person wears a white coat.

You are the captain of your ship. Find a practitioner who teaches you how to heal. A good practitioner is a resource, not a person in charge, as you are the only one who can heal yourself.
