The four truths

If we truly want to experience the greatest possible amount of joy and happiness we are capable of knowing while in body on Earth, we must be filled with gratitude for every single thing that happens to us, no matter what.

Do you desire the freedom to be exactly who you are in every moment of your life, without fear or self-doubt? The four following principles might help:

1. Divine love is the motivation behind all movement of energy throughout the universe. This means that pure divine love is oozing out of everything that occurs in our lives, no matter what. Whether we consciously realize it or not, the experiences that occur within our world as well as within the greater universe are all motivated by love. It doesn’t matter how painful the experience — the only reason they appear in our lives is because of love.

2. Divinity can be seen in all things, both dark and light. When we acknowledge that divine love is behind everything, we can begin recognizing the divine in everything, whether it appears beautiful and loving, or ugly and full of hate. These terms are merely labels we humans have placed on what is. Without judgment, everything in our world begins to take on a whole new meaning, with loving intent behind it.

3. Live life filled with gratitude. If we truly want to experience the greatest possible amount of joy and happiness we are capable of knowing while in body on Earth, we must be filled with gratitude for every single thing that happens to us, no matter what. This becomes easy when we truly understand that divine love is the intent behind our experiences, and that the divine is embodied in whatever form of energy has manifested before us.

4. Allow all energy to come to its fullest expression without judgment or attachment. Try to view every experience as a gift on a silver platter. Breathe each experience in and out, while staying present in the here and now. Living life with this perspective can only happen when we release all need to control our lives. Choosing to surrender to the grace and will of our divinity, without judging our experiences and without any attachment to specific outcomes, opens the door for our divinity to manifest through us to its fullest possible expression.
