Chlorella and cilantro for detox

Chlorella cells are able to bind with heavy metal molecules and usher them out of the body.

A study conducted in several nations, which included 350 foundry workers in Russia, has shown chlorella to be beneficial in not only removing specific metals involved with foundry work, but also in the removal of all heavy metals from the body.

Chlorella, an algae comprised of single cells no larger than 10 microns, is easily cultivated in fresh water ponds exposed to sunlight. Processing the algae is more difficult, however. It involves breaking the cell walls with a special milling technique or rapid pressure change method.

Chlorella cells are able to bind with heavy metal molecules and usher them out of the body. Amazingly, the cells are able to differentiate between toxic heavy metals and other toxins, while leaving beneficial mineral nutrients intact.

In addition to its detox capabilities, chlorella is one of nature’s best super foods. It contains all the amino acids, providing easy-to-digest protein and vital minerals such as magnesium and iron. High levels of chlorophyll help optimize oxygen into blood intake.

Try a little raw, organic cilantro for an inexpensive and easy way to help your body eliminate mercury. Add some to juice or make it into pesto. When mercury was found in patients’ urine in an Indonesian clinic, soup with cilantro helped to eliminate it and other heavy metals.

If you are concerned about heavy metals, be cautious about those toxins relocating elsewhere in the body. In this case, elimination can be encouraged by sauna sweating or coffee enemas.

Since toxins tend to be stored in fat it is a good idea to work on losing weight, as well. Usually, chlorella can help by breaking up the toxins locked inside the fat.
