In this day of corporate downsizing, restructuring and acquisitions, many individuals fall victim to fears fostered by corporate America and never step into their power. Claiming and living up to one’s potential is an extremely daunting task for anyone, especially a lightworker.
Lightworkers may be embedded in corporate America for several reasons. One such reason is to assist others in stepping into their own power and serving as their light.
It is important to note, however, that one cannot be an effective channel if one succumbs to the energy around them. Many energy workers are empathic in nature, which can be a mixed blessing. Just as an energy worker can feel joy, he or she also can absorb feelings of fear and anxiety in a workplace. A few coping methods to help with this dilemma may be performed each morning prior to the work day.
Envision yourself surrounded by gold and white light. Surround jealous co-workers with pink, the color of unconditional love. Perhaps you have a coworker who enjoys interrupting and is often full of questions. Imagine gold in this particular coworker’s throat chakra, and they will only interrupt and ask questions when absolutely necessary.
If work hours are inordinately long, chances are the focus becomes the long hours. Yet, hanging on to thoughts of long hours will only result in working more long hours. If long hours are an issue, affirm the following, “I choose to work in a harmonious environment that will allow me an abundant amount of time to pursue my divine purpose.” Additionally, it is important to “cut cords” every evening with any energy vampire co-workers.
Does your career feel like a job? Imagine how it would feel to know that you are fulfilling your divine purpose. What will the environment look and feel like? Meditate on that for a while, and watch a full-time lightworker opportunity become a reality!
Maintaining a positive outlook about any corporate job will allow anyone to raise their vibration. Once this happens, the overall consciousness in the workplace will be raised and notable differences will manifest in the work environment.
