Creating from your heart

Fear is an energy drainer, and prevents you from realizing your potential and blocks your natural ability to become a conscious creator.

The heart chakra has the highest vibrational field in your body. This is the best place from which to create your life. Use this tremendous, unlimited field of consciousness, and your heart will support the creation of a heartfelt life with very little effort.

However, if you hold fear in your heart, it lowers the vibrational frequency and your ability to create with purpose. This lower frequency limits your capacity to produce the positive results you seek through creativity. Not only are emotional, physical, mental and spiritual issues challenged, so is your ability to bring prosperity and money into your life. This is a big one.

Fear is the heavy weight, the burden that suppresses and limits your capacity to keep up a level of energy so that you can live life to the fullest. Fear is an energy drainer, and prevents you from realizing your potential and blocks your natural ability to become a conscious creator.

Your heart is the place to start. Your heart is a powerful tool and your call to action. Do not curtail your action or all you will get are the same old reactions — the recycled behaviors of fear.

Consider the physicality of your heart chakra. It houses your chest, breast, arms, hands, upper back, sternum, lungs, bronchi, trachea, esophagus, musculature and the glands in your chest cavity and upper extremities. When you are disconnected from your heart, you are disconnected from your self-power, allowing your computer-like brain to lead the way. Your creativity is suppressed. You can get sick from this disconnection and suffer from myriad diseases or types of dysfunction. Think about what you are doing to yourself.

When you are connected to your heart, potential and possibilities are in unlimited supply. You now possess the power to create your life. Instead of hoping, wishing, wanting and needing something to happen, you make your life happen. Creativity is unlimited. Creating through your heart is your unrestricted field of power that gives you the ability to actualize all your potential.

Every time you fall back into fear, you restrict your potential and possibilities. When you restrict your heart’s desires, you restrict your innate ability to manifest a great life. This is when the belief system of limitation, consciously or unconsciously, overrides you as the creator of your life.

Stay in your heart and watch what happens.
