Fear is the predominant energy that prevents us from moving forward in any given area. So how do you get rid of this fear thing? Well, you can deny it. You can sit in it and feel miserable. You could also keep yourself so busy that you are unaware of it — but eventually the energy of fear forces itself to the top. The good news is that there are tools to help you cope with and rise above the low vibration of fear.
A powerful way to eradicate fear is to get connected — not via the phone or Internet, but to Source. This is important because spiritual disconnection can actually create more fear. The smaller or thinner your spiritual cord, the more fear you will have. This should be apparent if you have ever experienced divine connection in the past.
One sure way to test this is to spend a few minutes thinking of what you deem as creator or divine with gratitude and love. Make sure you smile and are aware of your energy, so as to instill a sense of peace and possibility. Then think about someone you know who swears. This thought will actually shrink your spiritual cord. Then think about where you place worry or lack energy. This will shrink it further.
Before you know it, you will be feeling tremendous fear. This is how that spiraling, downward energy pattern occurs. It is as if you are going into the depths of depression and sadness, and it is painful. The negative energy of fear limits your connection to inner beauty and truth. Now that you know a few things about fear and how it can come about, know also that there are ways to eradicate it and get you to a place of freedom.
For now, just go back to thinking of creator and you will feel better. Then take it one step further: Close your eyes and look upward while feeling gratitude and awe. You will be more connected than you were before the energy of fear hit you.
