Slow down aging with HGH therapy

One significant reason we age is that our supply of human growth hormone begins to decline sometime after age 30.

by Dr. Paul Stallone —

Whether we like it or not, we all age. The lucky ones do it gracefully. Others put up a terrible fight. Most settle for the hand they are dealt.

The majority of us who settle assume that this is as good as it gets and continue on with our ways. We plug away at our daily lives, secretly wishing for more or that we could go back in time a few years. But since that is not possible, we all continue to experience aging in our own ways.

Around middle-age, most people begin to experience stubborn fat around their mid-sections, constant joint pain that does not go away or the inability to keep up with the kids. Whatever the sign, aging affects us from head to toe and everywhere in between.

The main problem with getting older is that life does not slow down to allow you to do it. A healthy lifestyle and some high-quality daily supplements can provide extra support, but for many, neither does enough.

One significant reason we age is that our supply of human growth hormone (HGH) begins to decline sometime after age 30. This is a natural, gradual process that guides us into the golden years of joint pain, a nonexistent sex drive, decreased mental capacity and, eventually, death.

While science has not found a way to stop aging, it has discovered a way to slow it down. The answer, for some, is to simply replace what was lost — HGH. The therapy has been in existence for a long time and has been approved for many different illnesses. Patients treated with medically prescribed HGH may return to the benefits of youth and feeling vital — a time when HGH pulsed through your veins.

As we age, our skin becomes thinner and loses its firm texture. HGH may help individuals restore skin thickness. Studies have shown that after a few months of treatment, about two-thirds of patients reported significant improvement in skin texture, skin thickness and skin elasticity. With proper treatment, fine lines fade away, deeper wrinkles fill in, and under-eye puffiness diminishes.

HGH can increase the synthesis of new proteins that lie underneath your skin’s structure, strengthening the collagen content of skin. The characteristics of your youthful skin return, providing greater elasticity, better tone and less sagging.

Not everyone uses a HGH program for the physical anti-aging effect. The majority of people use it for health benefits, such as more energy and increased stamina. HGH patients may experience more energy and endurance within the first few months of treatment because their bones are strengthened and their immune systems are enhanced, which can lead to a more active, healthier lifestyle.

HGH replacement therapy also may improve lung and heart function. These two benefits have been shown to reduce blood pressure and stave off many other diseases. Research of HGH-deficient adults who have undergone replacement therapy showed a reduction of diastolic blood pressure by about 10 percent.

By improving lung and heart function, the blood is also enriched with more oxygen, leading to more energy, the increased ability to heal after surgery or sports injuries, and the prevention of serious disease. The other proven benefits of HGH replacement therapy are improved sleep, memory retention, weight loss and cardiovascular functions.

This all contributes to giving us back the energy of our youth and the ability to maintain that energy into middle or even old age. One of the best perks of HGH is that both men and women reported increases in libido.

The healthiest way to increase HGH naturally is through very specific lifestyle changes — workout plans, diet modifications and speaking with a knowledgeable physician about growth hormone (GH) releasers, the recommended way to increase HGH. These releasers do not put extra GH into the body, rather they allow the pituitary gland to release GH more effectively on its own.

This method enables the body to regulate GH and not produce more than what is needed. To achieve the maximum benefits from a program, exercise regularly and eat sensibly, although some benefits will be noticed even without these recommendations.

The only HGH program anyone should be on is one that is supervised by a trained physician. Lab work is required to rule out any factors that could eliminate you from the program and will provide insight as to the correct individual dosage.

It should be noted that HGH is not the same thing as the steroids that are often mentioned in the sports news section. They are quite different, and talking with a doctor is the best source of accurate information. A HGH program is an excellent way to improve your quality of life if you are unsatisfied with it or if you just want more out of it.
