Who you are is enough. This is part of the profound language of soul coaching, a program created by Denise Linn, an international healer, writer and lecturer who has trained and certified more than 500 soul coaches.

Life coaching came into vogue about 15 years ago. When it began, it was goal-oriented and often related to business. Then it branched off into helping people with their jobs, relationships and even their spirituality. Linn has taken it a step further by asking the question, “If you could hear the messages from your soul, what would it be telling you?”

Certified soul coaches teach Linn’s 28-day program that is dedicated to an in-depth cleaning and clearing of the different mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of one’s life.
