Everything is energy

The energies that we consciously and unconsciously place in the field come from our thoughts, actions and interactions.

Whenever we express that someone is “in our space” or getting too close to us, we are talking about our energetic space, otherwise known as the magnetic field, the auric field or simply, personal space. Even if we are not familiar with the terminology, we all have a keen awareness of the field’s existence, because we can feel a direct impact when someone invades this space.

It helps to know that this field is part of our essence. We often disregard it, since we cannot see it or touch it in the physical way to which we are accustomed. Disregarding this space, however, is like disregarding a limb. As we become more aware of our language and energy, we are able to take greater notice of it.

This space is the storage place for all our thought and emotion energies. The aura is where we can have the greatest impact on making an immediate shift that supports what we are doing — simply by shifting our mindset. When we work with these energies in a way that clears the old, we make way for the new to come through more effortlessly.

The energies that we consciously and unconsciously place in the field come from our thoughts, actions and interactions. They also come from those closest to us. Say, for example, that you are in the presence of people who are gossiping, and although you do not like gossip, you will inevitably begin to accumulate that energy in your field. Removing yourself from that environment is important — yet even more importantly, you need to clear your space of that energy in order to release it more quickly and effectively.

Science has proven that trees and plants react to stimulus of positive and negative emanations from their environment. Similarly, we humans respond and react to the energies in and around us. Sometimes we become numb to these energies. Changing our environment, if even for a short period of time, can help dissolve the numbness. This is why vacations often feel so good — they release us from old issues, patterns and energies that live and exist in our homes and work spaces.

Frequent and consistent clearing of our personal spaces or auras is essential. Regular cleansing of our living and working spaces is also imperative, so that we can be free to take the next steps on our journies.

Using a simple mantra of om, aum or amen will help. Many other effective and powerful tools are available, as well. Use discernment when choosing which is best for you and take a moment to explore new tools. As the energies of the planet shift, better ones are being made available to us.
