Is there a cancer answer?

How can it be that in the year 2013 we still do not have a cure for cancer? We can clone an animal, we have built space shuttles and a Mars rover, but we cannot cure cancer? No wonder people are turning to natural health alternatives more than any time in history. Naturopathic and chiropractic doctors focus on preventative health care, education for patients on natural remedies and keeping you well before disease sets in.

When a cancer patient goes to a traditional Western doctor, the treatments are typically chemotherapy and radiation. Unfortunately, the big pharmaceutical companies see cancer as synonymous with a profit-driven opportunity. Cancer equates to big money and has grown into a trillion dollar industry. Some people spend $100,000 a year for cancer treatments.

In my opinion, this falls under the “extortion” label. It is disturbing that we have to wonder if there might really be a cure that is being kept from the public. The very possibility that the pharmaceutical companies might be keeping a cure at bay is wrong on all levels. During my research for this article, I came across many articles that magnify the industry’s greed. One eye opener is at www.whale.to/cancer/ralph_moss_story.html. Dr. Ralph Moss claims he was asked to lie and keep silent about a discovery he personally witnessed while working for a well-known company.

How to improve your immune system

The cause of disease is a compromised immune system. The body’s immune system is what keeps you healthy. Between eating, drinking and breathing in toxins, the immune system can be overwhelmed, so much so that disease sets in. Many companies tout their product supplements as the best for immune support, but whom to believe? They all sound great. I have always researched the various studies on sites like pubmed.gov, as well as university studies.

A natural product does exist that most people, including doctors, have never heard of. It not only helps the immune system fight cancer but also supports the immune system to help with many immune diseases. It is not a cure, but it is licensed in other countries as a drug to treat cancer. It is called beta glucan — a polysaccharide with a long history as an immunomodulator.

Our manufacturer said to me, “Debbie, I have thousands of cancer patients who were sent home to get their affairs in order, as there was nothing else conventional medicine could do for them. Sixteen years later, they are still ordering the beta glucan.” These statements are what created my passion for it.

Chemotherapy destroys good cells and bad cells, which is why some people do not survive the treatments. Their immune systems cannot recover from the massive amount of poisons put into their bodies. Studies show that taking beta glucan can reduce the side effects of the chemotherapy. In fact, beta glucan helps the immune system protect the good cells, thus enhancing the effects of the chemotherapy.

The reason so many people have experienced great results using beta glucan is because typically the neutrophil cell is not involved in fighting cancer cells. That would be the role of the macrophage and NK (natural killer) cells. Once beta glucan granules have reached the small intestine and the uptake into the Peyer’s patches have occurred, the granules bind with the complement receptor of the neutrophil, priming it to attack cancer cells and help fight those cells in the body.

For more than 50 years, 11,000 scientific studies have been done on beta glucan. The reason most people have not heard of them is because 10 years ago one capsule cost $200, making it cost-prohibitive to most of the population. Our beta glucan is the number-one immunomodulator on the planet.

Dr. Vaclav Vetvicka has a second edition book titled, Beta Glucan, Nature’s Secret. In his book, he shares the countless animal and human trials showing remarkable anti-tumor activity against a wide range of different tumors including breast, lung and gastrointestinal cancer. He states, “Is it a good idea to take glucan to prevent cancer? Yes. Glucan will help protect you against cancer and many other illnesses that would normally be eradicated by a strong and fully functioning immune system.”

A great interview with Vetvicka can be found at http://glucan.us. However, please note this interview was done before our product was discovered. Our product is eight times more powerful than the one mentioned in his interview. Buyer beware: Not all beta glucan is created equally. Vetvicka believes that most commercial brands of beta glucan sold in health food stores are worthless. Beta glucan can be found in seaweed, Japanese mushrooms and some grains, but the beta glucan from the walls of Baker’s yeast has the best immune response. We have the best in the world at $49.95 for a 60-capsule, one-month supply.

It is not guaranteed that beta glucan will help every person with cancer; however, studies show it does work to some degree on everybody — trillions more cells will become heightened to attack non-self cells. If you have gone the traditional way with chemotherapy/radiation treatments and the doctors have told you to get your affairs in order, why not try this alternative, when it has proven to have helped thousands of people and has no known side effects?
