The story goes that positive is good and negative is bad. Yet, how can this be true if our bodies have both positive and negative polarities? Indeed, the positive and negative poles work in unison with our body to keep it balanced.
Think about how good it feels to swim in the ocean or to be around water. Why is this? It’s because you are feeling negative ions emitted by the water. Your body is soothed, refreshed and calmed by the peacefulness of the water. Similarly, when taking an Epsom salt bath, the water and salt help to de-stress and relax you.
So again, the question is: If negative is bad, then how can it feel so good?
The so-called negativity doesn’t come from the balance of the polarity in your body. Rather, it comes from the “thinky-thinky” emotional-thought patterns of your computer brain, which throw you off balance due to fear. These are fears expressed by the pessimistic voice in your head that counteract with “what ifs.” For example, what if it doesn’t turn out right, what if I am not loved the way I should be, what if it doesn’t happen the way I want or need it to happen? What if, what if, what if.
Most of the time, what ifs are not based on facts. They are predicated on a future that has not happened. The what ifs lie in wait in your head, waiting for something to happen, creating turmoil instead of focused balance. Your computer brain runs emotionally rampant into a future without clear direction.
Negative is neither good nor bad. It is the identity that you give to it — the labels you assign to something. It is not that anything is good or bad; it is what you make it.
There are positive “no’s” as well. Some examples include the following statements: “No, I don’t have cancer anymore. No, I don’t have to do what is hurting me anymore. No, I don’t have to take that abuse. No, it is not worth it to be involved with that person anymore.”
With such statements, you are taking a stand for yourself. You are setting the parameters of what is best for you. When you start saying no to what does not serve you, the yes that will benefit you appears.
Look at it this way: Since you are consciousness and energy, what would it be like if your what ifs came from the wisdom of your body and not your computer brain? Then, the appropriate use of your consciousness and energy would dictate the correct use of your time, focus and direction.
Are you “not” then in charge of your life? You bet! You are indeed in charge of your life. You are both the negative and positive charge of your polarity, working in balance to create a productive outcome for your future.
You are not caught up in the computer/head game of the ineffectual what ifs that keep you stuck in a past that is already over. You are simply not stuck. You are moving forward. You are in the action mode of polarities. This is how your natural polarity works. You are the energetic movement of your clear consciousness, and your energy is on fire with motion.
Look out world, my polarity is working!
